They have so much fun stuff . I needed a wig for a work costume and Lauren helped me . She was amazing!! Girl needs a raise, she’s bubbly and so helpful . They have a huge selection and it’s just fun to wander . Their a little hidden in the back of the shopping center but if you google it once there you can’t miss it . Thanks Lauren I’ll be back for sure for that wig :)

The first beauty supply store that worship songs are playing that refreshed my soul and spirit instead of songs that promote objectifying instead of getting to know Jesus through the Holy Spirit and one another the way God intended. Staff is very helpful. Big selection, organized and well maintained. On my way out the one that served us as we checked out said, "this is my mission" spoke blessings over us and handed us each this! The scripture is one of my favorites that I pray for my family. Glory to God!

Oh wow… this place is a game changer. I have been in one of their other locations but it was nothing like this store. I walked in to grab something specific just 15 minutes before they closed and I was amazed at how big the place was, the shelves were stocked so full and orderly. The store was exceptionally clean. I love the Christian music playing. I didn’t get time to browse everything but I am definitely going back when I can spend at least 1-2 hours looking at everything. I will take many photos. I wish the owner would consider selling mens hair systems since they sell every kind of wig imaginable for women. I provide non-surgical hair replacement services to men and my shop is about 5 minutes from the store. My clients always have to order their hair online, it would be nice if my clients could come in your store to select and purchase their hair without having to have it ordered and shipped. Update: went back and loved it just as much and took lots of photos. I’m just in awe of how clean, organized and stocked the store is… and all of the staff are so kind… I just love this place… I wanna go just to visit and hang around everyday.. smile..

The service was terrible on June 25, 2023. My daughter went in to get some braiding hair. I was on FaceTime with her. She walked up and asked a question and the lady kind of just threw her hands up and put her in the direction. Any other time they are more than happy to answer you and follow you around the store like you’re going to take their whole store away. My daughter with me and found what she needed. I frequent the store quite often and the purchase was only. $15 and my daughter asked to take my phone number so she could use it for my rewards. The lady looked at the guy behind the counter and totally ignored her and I put the phone number and we wanted to use the phone number because I had five dollars off I decided as of today I will no longer shop here.

This is my only local hair store in Frisco and it does bring me all the essentials I need for my natural hair, however with it being the only one they are able to hike up their prices and they do. And for that it’s hard for me give a perfect rating. The employees are always super sweet and attentive, but the prices are outta control!
